HPP Architects is a leading European architectural partnership of 450 professionals across 13 offices and more than 25 nationalities, delivering architecture, urban design and project management worldwide. As the firm expanded internationally, it faced challenges around enabling internal communication workflows, providing cloud access to project imagery, and democratizing knowledge that had previously sat on a centralized shared drive and created bottlenecks for the PR team.

HPP implemented OpenAsset as a cloud-based image database and metadata-driven library, allowing employees anywhere to search by keywords and assemble albums for project onboarding and marketing. The platform enabled creation of downstream documents (resumes, presentations, project data sheets), digitized project provisioning, increased operational efficiency, reduced time spent searching for assets, and materially improved internal communications and knowledge sharing as part of HPP’s broader digitalization effort.
