International School of the Gothenburg Region (ISGR), a K-12 international school in Gothenburg, Sweden, needed to manage several hundred applications each year across its rolling admissions process while keeping families and staff informed. To address this challenge, ISGR adopted OpenApply, the web-based paperless admissions office, to streamline admissions for its international section of nearly 600 students from more than 60 nationalities.

OpenApply helped ISGR automate its admissions workflow with custom status-change emails, ensuring timely and personalized communication through mail-merge messages. The school also used OpenApply’s flexible export tools to quickly pull relevant data for reporting, helping James Teasdale and his team better understand student and parent needs and manage key information more efficiently.
