International School of London (London) needed a faster, more consistent way to manage admissions across its group of schools while keeping a unified look and feel and moving away from paper. The school also needed real-time visibility into enquiries, applications, and fees so it could respond quickly to parents and track year-round admissions more effectively. OpenApply, its web-based school admissions system, was selected to help meet these needs.

OpenApply was implemented with customized branding, copied forms, online application workflows, and integrated Stripe credit card payments, allowing parents to pay application fees before submitting applications. The result was a smoother, paperless admissions process with better communication, easier document collection, low risk of mistakes, and real-time payment status tracking. At the group level, OpenApply helped streamline more than 3,000 annual student applications across the ISL schools.
