The City of Monash, a local government area in Melbourne, needed a better way to manage more than 150 new contracts each year across a decentralised organisation. Open Windows implemented Ready Contracts as a centralised contract management system with automated notifications, a single repository for contract data, and integration with procure-to-pay and financial systems. The solution was rolled out to more than 40 contract managers and now supports the management of over 500 contracts and thousands of related documents, helping the council streamline processes, save time and money, and improve compliance.
