Partners Group, a global private markets asset manager headquartered in Zug, needed to ensure its IT networks were secure, reliable and auditable to protect its reputation and support 24/7 global operations. The transparent metrics also revealed an ISP was under‑delivering contracted bandwidth, enabling Partners Group to hold the provider to the Service Level Agreement — a concrete, measurable improvement in performance and oversight achieved with Open Systems’ services.
