Creating Pathways for Sustainable Development

SDG Philanthropy platform is a global UNDP community dedicated to advancing the sustainable development goals (SDGs). To bridge the UN, governments and the private sector and improve collaboration and knowledge-sharing, SDG Philanthropy partnered with Open Social to build an online member engagement platform.

Open Social delivered a flexible, social-media-like community with Groups, Events, Topic Pages, Discussions and drag-and-drop content blocks and country pages to organize stakeholders and content. As a result, the SDG Philanthropy platform now reaches 7,727 members, has hosted 150+ international events and covers 650+ SDG topics, improving cross-sector connection and real-time information sharing.
