ECKware uses a loyalty engine to develop an exclusive district card in Munich

ECKware needed a way to create a loyalty and bonus program tailored specifically for residents of Munich’s Werksviertel-Mitte district. To do this, ECKware worked with Open Loyalty, using its loyalty engine to support the development of the Siedlerkarte district card.

With Open Loyalty, ECKware launched Siedlerkarte, an exclusive loyalty and bonus program for local residents. The case study highlights the solution and its district-specific focus, but does not provide measurable business results or other quantitative impact.
