A Open Destinations Case Study
Nu Skin, a US-based healthcare company, needed a mobile solution to support two large Southeast Asia MICE events in 2018: an incentive trip to Australia and a bi-annual convention in Singapore. Working with Open Destinations and its Tineri app, the company wanted to simplify event operations, deliver programme and itinerary information to thousands of attendees in multiple languages, and present everything in a white-labelled branded experience.
Open Destinations reskinned the Tineri app for Nu Skin, launched a dedicated SEA app in the iOS and Android stores, added multiple Asian languages, created web signup forms, and enabled a custom menu for Nu Skin content. The solution helped Nu Skin share live updates, maps, accommodation details, and event content for 700 attendees in Sydney and more than 2,000 attendees in Singapore, while reducing admin work and avoiding version-control and printing issues.
