CFE Group achieves 100% adoption of secure board meetings with Oodrive

The CFE Group, a major Belgian industrial player, faced a challenge in digitizing and securing its strategic governance meetings. Their existing tools had become unsuitable, and after a migration to Office 365, they sought a new solution that prioritized user-friendliness, mobile access, and high security. The vendor Oodrive provided its secure collaborative platform, Oodrive Board (formerly Oodrive Meet), to address this need.

Oodrive implemented its Board solution, which streamlined meeting organization with secure document sharing, rights management, and Microsoft Teams integration. The deployment was rapid, taking about two months from approval to use, and achieved a 100% adoption rate. The solution is now used by around one hundred staff and managed by thirty administrators, with users reporting very few issues in daily use. The CFE Group was so satisfied that they are considering expanding use of the Oodrive platform for other types of meetings.
