Simon Fraser University is expanding on‑campus housing with a $68.5M Phase 1 project to add 482 single‑room residences in two new towers targeting LEED Gold. With multiple stakeholders (Dialog and Scott Construction Group) using different construction management systems, SFU faced the challenge of keeping RFI and submittal workflows synchronized across platforms; they engaged Onware and its integration tool, Onware Sync, to address this.
