Ramsay Wright Teaching Laboratories Construction Company ran a multi‑phased, multi‑year laboratory project (Phases 1–3, nearly $15M contract) with DIALOG as Prime Consultant and VARCON as Construction Manager. The team needed a way to manage thousands of documents, track outstanding items and accountability across firms and staff turnover; DIALOG selected Onware as the contract management software to meet those challenges.

Onware provided a centralized contract management platform that tracked every decision, identified outstanding documents, showed whose court items were in and how long they’d been outstanding, and enabled all participants to view, search and report on project records. The solution improved accountability and alignment across the project; per DIALOG it became an “invaluable tool,” and by December 2016 the project had over 4,000 documents stored in Onware with more than 3,000 emails automatically processed to participants.
