The solution from Onventis provided seamless SAP integration and utilized an OCI interface for dynamic catalogue and shop integration. This streamlined order management and eliminated the immense effort previously required, such as the need to individually reassign up to 900,000 items—a process that used to take three days per catalogue. The implementation has successfully automated processes, reduced unnecessary effort, and ensures orders are always processed with the most current supplier conditions.
