The customer, bol.com, the largest online retailer in the Netherlands, faced a challenge with its traditional invoice processing system, which was insufficient for its dynamic market. They selected WorkFlowWise, an Onventis company, and its Spend Management solution to replace their previous provider, Basware.

Onventis, through its WorkFlowWise platform, implemented specialized invoice processing and expense management functionalities. A key factor in winning the deal was their ability to build and demonstrate completely new, ready-to-use functionalities within a two-week period during the proof of concept. The project was underway and on track to go live ahead of the scheduled deadline, providing bol.com with the highly specialized processes required for its fast-paced retail environment.
