The Global Society helps Australian students studying overseas connect with each other, universities, and helpful resources so they can have a stronger exchange experience. As the organization grew to 15 staff and a community of thousands across more than 20 university partnerships, it needed a better way to manage and support those relationships, and it used Ontraport CRM to help do that.
Ontraport helped The Global Society organize its member and university connections, making it easier to introduce students before they traveled, support them while abroad, and keep them engaged when they returned. The result was a more connected community and smoother program coordination across thousands of members and 20+ university partnerships, helping The Global Society expand its mission to send more Australians overseas.
