PayneWest Insurance needed a better way to manage personalized, on-brand content for its 800+ employees across 27 locations. With only 35 users able to access its previous asset management tool, internal bottlenecks slowed requests, created communication challenges, and made it hard for sales teams and account managers to quickly deliver department-specific materials.
To solve this, PayneWest partnered with Ontrack Workflow and implemented its brand asset management software with “User Profiles” for department-based access and control. Ontrack Workflow helped organize assets by department and template type, streamline approvals, and reduce back-and-forth on updates, resulting in 280 assets, 9,600 man hours saved, and $384,000 in positive ROI within two months.
