Its small corporate marketing team was struggling to locate files, support each community’s requests, and prevent outdated or unapproved branding from being used across locations. They needed a simple, centralized system for storing, updating, and distributing branded templates and printed materials, and they turned to Ontrack Workflow.
Ontrack Workflow provided Capital Senior Living with a single source for marketing assets and an easy-to-use ordering and customization platform for its communities. The rollout reached all communities by early 2020 and gave users across marketing, sales, activities, and business teams a way to create and order approved materials. As a result, Capital Senior Living reduced customer service burden on corporate marketing, reduced the need for corporate graphic design support, and increased the number of assets housed in Ontrack by 5x, with adoption across 100+ users and 200+ communities.
