A OnStrategy Case Study
Ronald McDonald House Charities Northern Nevada engaged OnStrategy to update and implement a strategic plan after a successful 2010 process. Facing growing community needs, they aimed to launch a Pediatric ICU Family Room, increase use of the Ronald McDonald House, grow the Travel-for-Treatment program, boost community awareness and fundraising, and improve grants and scholarships—using OnStrategy’s strategy tools to support plan implementation.
OnStrategy helped develop an executable strategic plan, action plans, and a consistent execution management process, and provided ongoing strategy and execution support. As a result, the Ronald McDonald Family Room launched on February 6, 2012; the program has served 341 families with over 3,950 visits, committees successfully use action plans and strategy tools, and the charity now effectively monitors and tracks progress across its goals.
