crockett & jones, a producer of fine footwear from England, needed to launch its first transactional online store to sell its full range globally. The challenge was to build this new Shopify Plus store in three currencies while migrating a large amount of archive content from a previous Wordpress site and providing tools for rich content generation. They also needed to enable online customer service features like ordering repairs to match their high in-store standards.

Onstate provided a comprehensive solution that included UX/UI design, bespoke theme development, and custom app development. The implementation featured four multi-currency stores with synced content and inventory, content-rich product pages to showcase craftsmanship, and enhanced content management with custom components for the Shogun page builder. Onstate also extended Shopify's form handling to capture detailed customer submissions for services like repairs. The head of marketing noted the project successfully increased brand perception and awareness, resulting in a website they consider amongst the best in the business.
