Sevita, formerly known as The MENTOR Network, is a home and community-based healthcare provider serving 40 states, 35,000 employees, and 50,000 individuals. As market and stakeholder demand grew for a stronger ESG strategy, the company needed a scalable way to run annual self-assessments, track improvement efforts, and show progress across its ESG program. Before Onspring, Sevita did not have a scalable method to launch annual assessments or manage an annual ESG plan.

Using Onspring’s ESG solution, Sevita built seven ESG pillars, created self-assessments, and set up automated notifications, task assignments, and live dashboards to monitor year-over-year performance. Onspring let Sevita track ESG assessments and tasks while viewing ESG scores over time, and for the first time the company could track, manage, and report ESG performance to management and the Board without effort.
