Using MIR3 from OnSolve, STRAC and its hospitals send voice, text, email and pager alerts to hundreds or thousands of staff from any web‑connected device, automatically retrying across devices until responses are received and reporting receipts in real time. The platform enabled STRAC to initiate notifications in seconds, typically mobilize teams within 20 minutes, and support the historic mobilization of 525 ambulances ahead of Hurricane Ike—turning communications that once took hours into seconds and materially improving regional emergency response.
