Miami UASI prepares for hurricane season with the MIR3 mass notification solution

The City of Miami’s Urban Area Security Initiative (Miami UASI) faced frequent hurricanes and the potential for terrorist threats, creating a critical need for rapid, two‑way communication to alert citizens and mobilize response teams across four counties. OnSolve implemented MIR3 across Miami‑Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties, enabling web-, email- and phone‑triggered alerts, multilingual and text‑to‑speech delivery, and closed‑loop tracking of who received and responded to messages.
