StuartCo, a full‑service residential property management firm with over 5,000 units across Minnesota, Nebraska and Wisconsin, faced wasted time and materials from printing and hand‑delivering resident notices as part of a corporate Green Initiative to reduce waste by 10% in the first year. OnSolve deployed One Call Now beginning at Riverview at Upper Landing and integrated it with StuartCo’s property management software, provided training, and rolled the system out to 25 properties.
