To meet this challenge, the Global Security Team deployed OnSolve’s Critical Communications emergency mass‑notification product to deliver multi‑channel alerts and updates.
OnSolve integrated with Kimberly‑Clark’s Workday HR database and provided geo‑targeting, automated multi‑channel delivery (voice, SMS, email) and two‑way messaging, enabling the company to quickly verify the safety of all 120 Caribbean employees and capture audit-ready notification data. Kimberly‑Clark continues to leverage OnSolve for severe‑weather and cybersecurity incidents and is rolling out the StaySafeWithKC module in the OnSolve mobile app to reach employees even when traditional networks are down.
