South Plains College, a four-campus higher education institution in Levelland, Texas serving 10,000+ students and 900 faculty/staff, needed a single, mobile and scalable communications platform after its previous system failed to reach stakeholders during severe weather. Executive Director Nickolis Castillo sought a unified solution to replace two separate tools for emergency and non-emergency messages and selected OnSolve’s Platform for Critical Event Management to meet needs for rapid, targeted, role-based communications.
