Great Outdoors Colorado launches The Outdoors Summit with OnSight PA, drawing nearly 1,000 attendees and supporting a $25 million initiative

The customer, Great Outdoors Colorado, partnered with the Colorado Department of Natural Resources to host The Outdoors Summit. Their challenge was to plan and execute a major one-day conference that would gather state and national leaders to launch new initiatives aimed at protecting Colorado's outdoors and addressing the gap between youth and nature. They enlisted the vendor, OnSight PA, to help plan and run this unprecedented event.

OnSight PA provided comprehensive event planning and management services. Their solution included developing the event website and marketing emails, securing sponsors and keynote speakers, managing all registration and logistics, and producing promotional materials and a video. The resulting Summit was attended by nearly 1,000 people and featured prominent speakers, breakout sessions, and a field trip. The event successfully served as the launchpad for GOCO's $25 million Inspire Initiative.
