A OnPage Case Study
The Dragonfly House Children's Advocacy Center, a nonprofit in Mocksville, N.C. that provides mental health services for children (birth–17), needed after‑hours coverage to meet Cardinal Innovations Healthcare’s Medicaid-funded service requirements. The organization did not offer 24/7 mental health servicing and sought a cost‑effective, reliable way to connect patients in crisis with on‑call clinicians.
OnPage implemented its CC&C platform and dedicated emergency phone number with live call routing, escalation policies, voicemail fallback and secure, HIPAA‑compliant messaging and attachments. Using OnPage, The Dragonfly House now provides 24/7 coverage, connects patients to on‑call clinicians in real time (escalating to the next clinicians as needed), met Medicaid requirements, and lowered costs compared with third‑party answering services while protecting patient privacy.
