Twickenham Tigers Football Club is a community youth football club with 120+ children, about 240 parents, and a distributed volunteer management team. With no clubhouse or IT infrastructure, the club needed a safer way to manage documents and communications while meeting GDPR and child safeguarding requirements, so it chose ONLYOFFICE for a familiar, office-style environment.

ONLYOFFICE provided cloud-based document access with role-based permissions, split into club-level and team-level folders to protect sensitive player information and simplify coordination. The club uses ONLYOFFICE Documents and Common Folders, with plans to expand to Mail Server and blogging features, and the result is reduced email administration plus a more secure, sustainable system for ongoing volunteer management.
