Case Study: Atol achieves streamlined document validation and collaboration with ONLYOFFICE

The General Secretariat of Economic and Financial Ministries of France deploys the e_Par@f project

Atol Conseils et Développements supported the General Secretariat of the Economic and Financial Ministries of France in modernizing its document validation process. The team needed a way to turn paper documents and notes into digital files, enable online collaboration and co-authoring, and build a shared knowledge base for a broad user base beyond administrative staff.

ONLYOFFICE Docs was integrated into the e_Par@f application to let users collaborate on documents, make last-minute edits before signing, manage versions, and track validation workflows in real time without downloading files. With support from Atol CD, the Ministry created a more ergonomic, digital signature-based validation system with templates, user management, and clearer process visibility, and the solution is now available on the Intranet for wider rollout across other departments.
