The Centre for Energy Research’s Space Research Department in Budapest, Hungary, needed a secure, location-independent way to collaborate with consortium partners and subcontractors across major space organizations and industry players. To manage project documentation, data packages, measurement data, and internal registers more efficiently, the team turned to ONLYOFFICE Docs integrated with Nextcloud.

With ONLYOFFICE, the department streamlined everyday collaboration by working directly on Office-compatible files in Nextcloud instead of exchanging large documents by email. The solution reduced delays, supported registers and review workflows for programs like HUNOR, and helped the team handle heavy document traffic more effectively at the pace required for modern space R&D.
