Nanjing University's e-Science Center needed an open and flexible tool to add online document viewing and editing features to its Collaborative Forms service, a platform used to manage and share educational data. This was to address the challenge of faculty having to tediously download, review, and re-upload student assignments locally before scoring them.

As a result, teachers can now view and mark all assignments online, making the collaboration process much more effective and eliminating the previous risk of errors.
