The customer, IVZ, a shared services organization for Germany's public broadcasting stations, needed an efficient solution for file exchange and seamless online content collaboration for its users. They turned to the vendor ONLYOFFICE for its online document co-authoring tools to meet this challenge.

ONLYOFFICE provided a solution integrated with Nextcloud, deploying two servers to handle collaborative editing. The implementation successfully serves thousands of users, who benefit from familiar, Microsoft-like interfaces and built-in collaborative features. The customer is very happy with the application, and the scalable solution currently supports 400 concurrent connections.

IVZ
