How the city council of Reus implemented ONLYOFFICE Docs with Nextcloud to enable simple but powerful online document editing

The city council of Reus, a municipal government in Catalonia, Spain, needed a cost-effective way to support its long-running digital transformation and replace its existing file-sharing setup while moving to Linux-based, open-source software. To improve collaboration for more than 700 employees and reduce reliance on paper and expensive proprietary tools, Reus looked for a lightweight online office suite that would work well with Nextcloud.
