How ONLYOFFICE integrated with Jalios helps Accoord to organize learning activities

Accoord, a French education association operating 29 leisure centers, 17 youth spaces, and 20 socio-cultural centers, needed a secure way to help its distributed teams share documents, collaborate in real time, and keep data centralized and under control. To address these needs, Accoord evaluated web-based collaboration tools and selected ONLYOFFICE Docs for its intuitive interface, file compatibility, transparent pricing, and smooth integration with its Jalios intranet.

ONLYOFFICE integrated ONLYOFFICE Docs into Accoord’s existing Jalios environment after a cloud trial, enabling employees to edit documents directly inside the collaborative intranet. The solution improved coordination and productivity, with staff especially valuing version management, review tools, and XLSX support; Accoord also reported no longer needing to send files by email with multiple copies, and the integration is now fully operational with 800 active accounts.
