How Jambi University implemented ONLYOFFICE Docs

Jambi University, a state university in Indonesia with around 27,000 active students, needed a better way to edit, co-author, and convert documents online as part of its digital transformation efforts. The university was looking for a suitable document editing application for its Paperless Office Application and compared several options before choosing ONLYOFFICE Docs.

With ONLYOFFICE, Jambi University integrated document editing and collaboration directly into its own platform using the ONLYOFFICE API. The solution enabled users to work on DOCX files online, collaborate in real time, and convert finished documents to PDF for distribution, while also providing a well-documented API that fit their needs; the university said ONLYOFFICE was more feature-rich than Google Docs and had a simpler API than Microsoft 365 Online.
