IMT Atlantique, a French engineering school and research center, needed to replace a mix of tools for document sharing as remote work and learning expanded. The school wanted a simple, user-friendly, unified, and secure solution that would support more collaborative work for students and staff, and it chose ONLYOFFICE Docs integrated with Nextcloud.

With ONLYOFFICE, IMT Atlantique implemented online editors for Excel and Word files within Nextcloud, moving from email-based exchanges to a collaborative platform. The result was improved document management and daily use across about 1,700 students and 700 staff members, helping IMT Atlantique strengthen both collaboration and information security.
