A ONLYOFFICE Case Study
GRE’SY, a French non-profit focused on collecting, refurbishing, and reselling donated textiles, needed a reliable way to manage documents collaboratively across its regional teams, stores, and remote workers. The association wanted a tool that was easy to use, compatible with LibreOffice and Microsoft Office formats, and integrated into its own cloud environment for better control over access and data persistence, so it chose ONLYOFFICE Docs Cloud integrated with Nextcloud.
With ONLYOFFICE, GRE’SY enabled secure collaborative editing of spreadsheets, presentations, and correspondence while keeping documents hosted in its own Nextcloud cloud. ONLYOFFICE helped the team migrate smoothly from another collaboration tool, avoid managing updates and server overload, and maintain permanent access to critical files; the association also reported strong operational impact, including processing 400 tons of textile waste in 2022, financing 25 employees, helping 44 people find sustainable employment, and opening 7 stores in 6 years.
