How a сharitable project collected food worth 300,000 EUR

Modestas Bastys, Projects Manager at the charitable foundation Food Bank “Maisto bankas” in Lithuania, needed a single system to coordinate food collection activities across the whole country. With 24 staff members and more than 350 volunteers, the organization was looking for a better way to manage tasks and keep information organized, and turned to ONLYOFFICE portal tools to help.

ONLYOFFICE implemented project management and CRM capabilities to plan large initiatives, delegate tasks, and coordinate communication with partners and donors. Using ONLYOFFICE, the foundation managed its 2014 spring food collection campaign and collected food worth almost EUR 300,000 in just two days, with all project costs covered by donors.
