Evozon equips its employees with ONLYOFFICE Docs to ensure smooth real-time collaboration

Evozon, a Romanian software development and consulting agency, needed an on-premise solution for secure document sharing and real-time editing to reduce reliance on public cloud providers and maintain control over company documents. The company partnered with ONLYOFFICE and used ONLYOFFICE Docs alongside its sync-and-share platform, first with ownCloud and later with Nextcloud.

ONLYOFFICE implemented a collaboration environment integrated with Nextcloud, giving Evozon employees a safe, easy way to edit and collaborate on documents by default. The rollout started with a free edition and then moved to Enterprise Edition for wider use and pro editing features; while no hard metrics were shared, Evozon reported improved collaboration, satisfaction with the solution, and a willingness to recommend ONLYOFFICE to other companies.
