Czech Television replaces Google Docs and MS Office for 100+ users with ONLYOFFICE

Czech Television (Czech TV), a public television broadcaster in the Czech Republic with around 3,500 employees, was looking for a solution to edit documents online on their ownCloud server. Their challenge was to find a stable and user-friendly alternative to replace Google Docs and Microsoft Office.

Czech TV implemented ONLYOFFICE Docs, provided by partner Denevy, which was connected to their ownCloud server. The solution enabled over 100 employees to collaboratively edit documents in a browser, track changes, and use mobile applications. This allowed them to partially cancel their Google subscription and move users away from Microsoft Office, achieving their goal with a more stable platform.
