With Onfleet, Tonic Blooms added on-demand tracking for senders and recipients through online and text updates, helping customers know exactly when flowers would arrive and when they had been delivered. The results included a more transparent, exciting delivery experience and stronger customer satisfaction, while Onfleet Offset helped neutralize delivery emissions by calculating CO2 from mileage and purchasing carbon credits through Pachama, with Onfleet matching customer contributions 1:1 to amplify the impact.
