Onfido integrated into 2nd Address’s online and mobile booking flow, automating ID checks and providing implementation support, which let the team detect bad actors earlier and streamline operations. As a result, Onfido’s solution drove a 35% reduction in fraud and an 80% reduction in time spent on identity verification (cutting processing from up to 24 hours to just minutes), enabling trusted, scalable bookings without compromising UX.
