Thales OneWelcome delivered a mobile-first Identity Platform and the Netherlands’ first compliant single sign-on for both life and non-life insurance, migrating roughly 140,000 accounts seamlessly by onboarding users with their existing credentials. The solution created one login across portals, enabled features like photographing medical bills, co-pay visibility and provider locators, and produced a strong baseline for ongoing development—reflected in the app’s 4.3/5 average rating.
