Delta Dental needed to protect terabytes of member and claims data to meet HIPAA while avoiding major application rewrites or disruption to users. The Vormetric solution produced negligible performance overhead, modestly increased backup windows, and saved an estimated nine months of application rewrite effort—enabling HIPAA compliance and scalable, set-and-forget data protection.
