Avvera, the new mortgage and personal‑loans brand launched by Credito Emiliano (Credem), needed a simple, flexible digital identity infrastructure to scale sales through its B2B intermediary network. Facing requirements for advanced delegation, privacy/consent management and B2B processes, Avvera (with implementation partner Net Studio) selected Thales OneWelcome’s Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) CIAM platform.

Thales OneWelcome delivered a central IDaaS login and authentication portal with SAML federation, advanced delegation and hierarchical user management, and comprehensive consent APIs, letting partners onboard, appoint power users and enforce consent before access. The OneWelcome solution enabled Avvera’s B2B2C sales framework—supporting about 10,000 business users and six hierarchical levels—reduced internal IT workload, strengthened security, and positioned the brand to scale mortgages and salary‑backed personal loans.
