Optimix, a Netherlands-based mid-sized wealth manager, needed a reliable mobile app and a trusted security architecture as customer onboarding and contract signing moved online (about 80% of new customers now choose digital service). Thales OneWelcome implemented its mobile identity module as a security layer between Optimix’s data warehouse and the app (initially on‑premises and later migrated to the cloud), providing single-login authentication across web and mobile. The Thales OneWelcome Identity Platform delivered faultless operation—zero downtime, zero security incidents or customer complaints, seamless authentication flows—and helped Optimix achieve consistent, secure digital servicing for the majority of new customers.
