Using OneTrust Vendorpedia’s third‑party risk management platform and Global Risk Exchange, Tier 1 Cyber built customized vendor/subcontractor evaluation programs, supported onsite verification, flagged and remediated deficiencies, and graded vendor preparedness. OneTrust enabled Tier 1 Cyber to streamline and automate assessments, reduce the need for full vendor audits, increase efficiency, greatly lower evaluation costs, and monitor supplier risk so clients can confidently pursue DoD contracts.
