To balance innovation with robust data protection, Smart Pension selected OneTrust and deployed a full suite of privacy tools — including Assessment Automation, Data Mapping, Vendor Risk Management and Incident & Breach Response — to quickly document data flows and demonstrate secure data handling to partners and regulators.

OneTrust’s integrated platform gave Smart Pension a centralized, dynamic view of where data lives and how it flows, eliminated repetitive manual documentation in Word/Excel, and rolled privacy ownership out across the business via self-service assessments. The OneTrust deployment also provided vendor oversight and a company-wide incident logging workflow, enabling faster, auditable reporting to the ICO and greater confidence from vendors and stakeholders.
