OneTrust implemented automated assessment workflows, a centralized PIA dashboard, data mapping to visualize data flows, and DataGuidance for structured research and exportable reports. The solution increased transparency and cross-team collaboration, empowered employees to own privacy processes, consolidated reporting for executives, and “considerably cut down” the time required to present compliance evidence while enabling tailored, jurisdiction-specific views.
