Manual processes in Excel/Word couldn’t provide the visibility or automation needed to manage data mapping, assessments and consent at scale, so Randstad selected OneTrust and its solutions including Data Mapping Automation, Cookie Consent and Website Scanning, and PIA & DPIA Automation.

OneTrust implemented privacy quick scans (PSQs), automated data mapping, vendor questionnaires, website scanning and a global cookie-consent framework that can be localized by country. The OneTrust deployment enabled Randstad to centralize records of processing and consent, empower country DPOs to automate and reuse controls across regions, and support GDPR rollout beyond Europe—bringing scalable, consistent privacy management across 39 countries and helping the privacy team act as a business enabler rather than a bottleneck.
