MillerKnoll, a global design and furnishings company, faced complex data-privacy and consent challenges—managing GDPR, CCPA, CASL and 100+ other standards across a dynamic marketing stack (Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Adobe Experience Manager). To centralize consent and rights management, MillerKnoll selected OneTrust’s Consent & Preference Management and Consumer Rights solutions.

OneTrust implemented Universal Consent & Preference Management and a branded Consumer Rights portal across 300+ webforms, integrating via APIs with Pardot, Salesforce and Adobe to capture consent dates/times, support granular opt‑down choices, and provide an auditable record. The OneTrust deployment improved opt‑in rates versus blanket unsubscribes, automated routing and identity validation for rights requests, reduced manual effort, and created a historical database to demonstrate compliance.
